About

The Royal Borough of Kingston is seeking a supplier for an experienced commercial procurement and media consultant to design, manage and lead an end-to-end procurement exercise for its borough-wide advertising portfolio covering bus shelters, street furniture and on-street advertising. The consultancy will focus on maximising commercial revenue, enhancing public realm infrastructure and integrating digital technology, and will help inform the council’s procurement strategy, specification, resourcing model and timeline via responses to the questionnaire in Sections C, D and E.
