Ingeus is seeking a specialist assessment platform provider to support clinical and non-clinical volume and specialist recruitment for the Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS). The supplier will host bespoke assessment tools (and may supply additional recommended assessments such as video situational judgement tests or work sample assessments), manage candidate access, score and evaluate responses, and deliver assessment reports and outcomes to authorised Ingeus recruitment stakeholders for internal use and applicant feedback. The solution must already be compatible with Ingeus’s SmartRecruiters platform, the supplier must hold required intellectual property rights, licences and assessment methodologies, and candidate data must be hosted and processed in the UK; submissions should include evidence of high-volume recruitment delivery, behavioural assessment approaches (e.g. resilience, conscientiousness, emotional regulation), SmartRecruiters integration capability, accessibility and reasonable adjustments, UK GDPR and security accreditations (for example ISO 27001 and/or Cyber Essentials Plus), UK registration, pricing, implementation timescales, technical dependencies and user restriction policies. Shortlisted suppliers may be asked for further architecture, security, compliance, integration and support information.
