About

Torbay Council is seeking consultants to provide Conservation Management Plans (CMPs) for a portfolio of Council-owned heritage assets and scheduled monuments. The exercise aims to undertake market engagement, obtain indicative costs, assess market capacity and capability, and gather feedback to inform a future Heritage Places funding bid and procurement strategy. This Expression of Interest is not a procurement exercise and will not result in the award of a contract. The requirement is anticipated to comprise two lots: Lot 1 – Council-Owned Heritage Assets and Lot 2 – Council-Owned Scheduled Monuments, and suppliers are invited to submit responses in accordance with the EOI documentation, which is provided in PDF format in the Opportunities Area of the ProContract e-Tendering portal at https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk.
