About

The Council is seeking a suitably qualified provider to deliver a borough-wide Aging Well and Community Falls Prevention Programme for Ealing residents or those registered with an Ealing GP aged 50 years and over. Service delivery will comprise 70% Strength and Balance Programme Delivery, 25% Community Awareness and Engagement, and 5% Navigation and Signposting, with a primary focus on reducing falls through evidence-based exercise interventions, preventative engagement activities and appropriate referral pathways.
