About

East Renfrewshire Council is seeking suitably qualified companies to support a wide range of employability programmes via a flexible framework that will be re-opened at least annually. Bidders must complete the Master ITT before applying for any lots and may apply for one or more lots with no restriction on how many they bid for. A place on the framework does not guarantee work; call-off contracts will be made on both an annual and requirement-by-requirement basis and will be awarded through either mini-competition or direct award at the council’s sole discretion, with providers on the framework not being formally ranked. The lots available are subject to securing funding and the council reserves the option to deliver some services in-house.
