Procurement for Housing (PfH) is seeking suppliers to provide aluminium, steel, stainless steel and timber communal doors and wired and non-wired audio/video door entry systems under a multi-lot national framework. PfH, a national procurement consortium supported by the National Housing Federation (NHF), Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and HouseMark and administered by Inprova Limited, will award the Framework in nine lots for an initial two-year period with two one-year optional extensions (2+1+1). The Framework covers communal doors and door entry systems only and does not include non-communal doors such as front doors for houses or fire doors; PfH is a contracting authority and a centralised procurement authority under the Procurement Act 2023.
