The Council is seeking suppliers for onboarding into Round 15 of the Healthy Lives Dynamic Purchasing Vehicle for Category 3 community projects focused on health and wellbeing. Rounds will open and close throughout the vehicle’s lifetime at the Authority’s discretion; the initial round is open for 28 calendar days and subsequent rounds are open to new or previously unsuccessful suppliers. A new round will be opened within 48 hours (excluding bank holidays and weekends) of a round closing, though there may occasionally be further delay, and applications can be submitted at any time but will only be processed when a round closes. Round lengths will vary and the vehicle will close at least once in a 24-month period; timetables for each round will be included in the tender documents when that round is published.
