About

DOI Shared Fleet Services is seeking a supplier for one hire tractor to drive the DOI snow blower and a rear-mounted gritter to remove snow from Isle of Man highways between October 2027 and March 2030. The tractor specification is based on the New Holland T6.160 DCT 4WD or an equivalent model offering comparable performance and functionality, with a 6-cylinder 150HP diesel engine and Stage V (or better) emissions compliance. Attached procurement documentation includes the Quick Quote Request Document, Snow Blower 2027 QQ SB03 and the IOM Standard Terms And Conditions, and the competition will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services. Expressions of interest close at 12:00 on Wednesday 11 November 2026 and the submission deadline is 12:00 on Wednesday 18 November 2026.
