About

Leicestershire County Council is seeking independent Home Care providers to deliver high-quality adult social care and health care services to residents assessed as requiring home care. Providers must demonstrate and maintain quality standards in line with the Council's Service Specification, which is based on Care Quality Commission regulations and the Care Act 2014. Services must focus on the health, safety, enablement, progression and wellbeing of people, helping them gain, maintain or regain skills to live independently and recover from illness, prevent unnecessary admission to hospital and residential care, and support discharge from hospital or moves out of long or short-term building-based care.
