Tender: Housing Maintenance Contracts – 3 x 4-Year Measured Term (North Wolverhampton, South Wolverhampton, Citywide Responsive)

WH is seeking a supplier for three new 4-year JCT Measured Term Maintenance Contracts to deliver general building maintenance, electrical, roofing and adaptation works to voids (empty homes), tenanted homes and communal areas. Two contracts will predominantly deliver planned/batched works on a geographical basis: Contract 1 (Planned, North Wolverhampton including associated electrical and roofing works) - £8.4 million including VAT, and Contract 2 (Planned, South Wolverhampton including associated electrical and roofing works) - £12 million including VAT. One contract will cover the entire city and predominantly undertake responsive works arising from tenant requests, including works under the scope of Awaab's Law and Disrepair Claims with prescribed timescales: Contract 3 (Responsive, City Wide) - £6 million including VAT. For business continuity and delivery risk reasons a supplier or company group may only be awarded one of the three contracts; if a supplier tenders for more than one contract, WH will determine the Most Advantageous Tender for each award.
