About

Wolverhampton Arts Centre is seeking a lead architect-led multidisciplinary design team to review existing RIBA Stage 4 information and deliver RIBA Stages 5–7 for the Raise the Roof project at Wolverhampton Arts Centre. Required services include Lead Architect, Contract Administrator, Principal Designer (CDM), Building Regulations Principal Designer, Mechanical & Electrical engineering, Structural & Civil engineering and any specialist consultants necessary to deliver the project. The procurement is being managed through the City of Wolverhampton Council's e-tendering portal, with the City acting solely as procurement facilitator; any resulting contract will be entered into between Wolverhampton Arts Centre and the successful supplier.
