About

Main works contractor needed to deliver decarbonisation and comfort improvement works at the Grade II listed Bonner Mile End Primary School in Mile End, London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The works will address significant thermal discomfort (summer overheating and insufficient winter heating) and end-of-life boilers, with the overall aim to move the school’s heating technology to decarbonised systems, reduce energy bills, and maximise additional interventions within available finance while improving internal comfort and calculating carbon and energy usage reductions. The contract period is 24 months and includes time for the contractor-designed portion (CDP), mobilisation and a 12-month retention/maintenance period to be agreed with the successful contractor.
