Contractors needed for an Open Framework Agreement for housing renewals and disabled facilities adaptations. The framework is split into four lots: Lot A1 covers medium-sized internal disabled facilities adaptations, primarily bathroom conversions with associated minor builders' work, typical individual project values £8,000–£13,000, let individually by each grant applicant and with up to 18 contractors to be appointed; Lot A2 covers medium-sized external disabled facilities adaptations such as external steps, ramps, handrails and grab rails, typical individual project values £3,500–£10,000, let individually by each grant applicant and with up to 5 contractors to be appointed; Lot B covers larger disabled facilities adaptations including extensions, structural alterations, attic conversions, ramps and external works, average project value £36,000, with contracts between grant applicants and contractors and up to 18 contractors to be appointed; Lot C covers housing repair loan works including repair or renewal of roof coverings, rendering, structural repairs, damp proofing, windows, doors and sundry repair works, maximum individual project value £35,000, let individually by each loan applicant with up to 3 contractors to be appointed.
