Tender: Printing, Finishing and Delivery of 'Out and About in the North York Moors 2027' Magazine (80,000 copies)

North York Moors National Park Authority is seeking a supplier for the printing, finishing and delivery of the Out and About in the North York Moors 2027 magazine. The work required is a 52-page magazine plus a four-page cover (finished trimmed size approx. 270mm x 190mm portrait), full-colour printing with bleed, insides on 70gsm near woodfree silk, cover on 115gsm woodfree gloss, FSC certified stock, book fold stitched with two wires and trimmed, quantity 80,000. Final artwork is required to printer by 22 February 2027, print completed by 5 March 2027 and delivery to the distributor by 11 March 2027; page proofs on selected stock and bundled, under-wrapped, cross-strapped pallet delivery to one UK address (09:00–15:30, tail-lift vehicle, advance notice) are required. Suppliers must carry out the printing and finishing themselves (delivery may be by a third-party haulier); paper samples for all proposed types and printed examples (not the quotation) must arrive at North York Moors National Park Authority, The Old Vicarage, Bondgate, Helmsley, York, North Yorkshire, YO62 5BP before 12:00 on 30 November 2026. Quotations and all submissions (price for specified quantity and delivery, timescale from receipt of artwork, environmental credentials and any lower-cost print options) must be submitted electronically via the myTenders Postbox by 12:00 on 30 November 2026. Evaluation is on a 60:40 price to quality basis (price 60%; quality 40% weighted across print quality 35%, paper 25%, finishing 15%, timescale 15% and environmental credentials 10%), with samples used to assess quality.
