Tender: Production and Management of Filton Festival 2027 at Elm Park – Filton Town Council

Filton Town Council is seeking a contractor to manage and produce the Filton Festival 2027 at Elm Park, and to deliver the festival in 2028 and 2029. The contractor will manage all aspects of a one-day summer festival (held annually since 2001 and regularly attracting over 2,000 visitors), develop and grow the event within the council’s aims—including a Sci‑Fi and 1980s-inspired programme marking the 50th anniversary of the first Star Wars film—improve accessibility and community and youth involvement, build local partnerships, ensure compliance with health and safety and national guidelines, manage alcohol, crowd, waste and environmental sustainability, generate income to maintain or increase scale, and cover event-associated costs and any site reinstatement; the role also includes planning for site protection in adverse weather and alternative arrangements in the event of pandemic-related cancellations.
