Tender: Property Valuation Services for Durham County Council – Financial Assistance & Deferred Payment Support

Durham County Council is seeking a supplier to provide property valuation services in support of its Financial Assistance Policy and Deferred Payment Agreements. The appointed provider will undertake internal and external property inspections and produce full independent market valuations in accordance with RICS professional standards, including future-value estimates following improvement works where required. Valuations will be commissioned on an ad-hoc basis, with the provider responsible for liaising with relevant property contacts to arrange access and for delivering the completed market valuation report to the Council within three weeks of the request.
