About

Calderdale MBC is seeking a supplier for the refurbishment of the Green Room Bar and the adjacent commercial kitchen on the first floor of Victoria Theatre, Halifax. The works include demolition and strip-out, repairs to internal plasterwork, bespoke joinery, internal decoration, the refurbishment of an adjacent commercial kitchen and any other works detailed in this package; all works must be carried out while maintaining a safe work environment that limits impact to ongoing theatre operations and adhere to a strict programme to avoid affecting the theatre events calendar. Works start 4 January 2027 and end 24 February 2027. An accompanied site visit is a condition of quotation and booking details will be published through the tender messaging portal.
