Boston Borough Council is seeking a construction contractor to deliver a single-storey link corridor extension and associated works at the Geoff Moulder Leisure Centre in Boston, Lincolnshire. The works include sub-structure (piled foundations and floor slab), brick and blockwork superstructure, a flat roof with associated windows and doors, and a fitted-out corridor with a basic mechanical and electrical package, together with internal remodelling and upgrades to an existing gym and spa area. The proposed link corridor and associated works form part of a larger project, with some elements already commissioned and on site at the time of writing.
