Bannau Brycheiniog National Park Authority is seeking a supplier to survey, design, supply, install, configure and commission a central solar PV and battery monitoring, reporting and visualisation system across four Authority sites: Wardens Depot (Fwrdgrech Industrial Estate, Brecon), National Park Visitor Centre (Libanus), Craig-y-nos Country Park and Cwm Porth Car Park. The solution must integrate existing PV and battery installations into a single secure portal providing clear real-time and historical solar-generation data, and where supported by existing equipment, battery performance, state of charge and energy flows, with the option to include site consumption and grid import/export where metering is available or can be added; provide accurate annual solar-generation reporting for Welsh Government (individual site and combined totals) with data-export/reporting functionality; include fault and communications monitoring; offer bilingual Welsh/English public-facing visitor displays at appropriate locations; and cover all surveys, monitoring hardware and interfaces, installation, configuration, commissioning, testing, staff training and documentation while identifying ongoing software licence, hosting, maintenance and technical support costs. The solution must be secure, resilient and scalable and the maximum available implementation budget is £20,000 excluding VAT.
