The Sheffield College is seeking a supplier for a multi-supplier framework to provide temporary agency workers and recruitment services across academic, curriculum support, business support, technical, professional and specialist roles. The framework will provide a compliant route to engage temporary agency workers and recruit permanent and fixed-term employees, and services may include temporary staffing, permanent recruitment, executive search, candidate sourcing, advertising, screening, safeguarding checks and associated recruitment support services. The framework is anticipated to commence on 1 April 2027 for an initial two-year period with an option to extend by up to 24 months (maximum four years), has an estimated annual value of approximately £950,000 and an estimated total value of approximately £3,800,000 inclusive of all extension options, and the College does not guarantee any minimum level of spend under the framework.
