Procure Plus is seeking suppliers to join a framework for the provision of waste management services supporting the repair and maintenance of predominantly social housing properties. The services required include collection, transportation, treatment, recovery, recycling and disposal of a range of waste streams, together with provision of containers and equipment, compliance support, reporting and related waste management services. Procure Plus expects appointed companies to share its commitment to social value and to work with Procure Plus to develop social value commitments aligned with the customer's priorities; it intends to appoint 10 companies to the framework, reserves the option to appoint a limited number of additional companies in certain circumstances, may cancel the procurement at any time and will not reimburse bidders' expenses.
