Jigsaw Homes Group is seeking a supplier for communal window cleaning services across its three operational areas: Jigsaw Homes North (Lancashire, Merseyside, Cheshire, Greater Manchester), Jigsaw Homes Midlands (East Midlands) and Jigsaw Homes Tameside (Greater Manchester). The appointed contractor will deliver an effective programme of window cleaning, report on findings, recommend appropriate actions and produce completion certificates for properties owned and managed by JHG, including communal and public areas of residential properties, JHG-owned commercial properties, new-build properties from developer handover onwards and any other buildings for which JHG is responsible. The service will be outsourced and split into three Lots (Lot 1 North, Lot 2 Tameside, Lot 3 Midlands); bidders may apply for one, two or all three Lots. The successful contractor(s) must mobilise to JHG’s timescale and be operational by 1 April 2027. The initial contract is for two years with an option of an additional two years (up to four years); the tender also states the initial contract period runs until 31 March 2029 with any further extension of a year based on performance and mutual agreement.
