About

DOI Fleet Services is seeking a supplier for the hire of one HGV 4x4 gritter wagon (6+m3 dry spread) and an accompanying snow plough for Shared Fleet Services for the Highways Division, to be carried out between Dec 2026 and March 2026. The hire term is four months as per the specification, the cost of hire will be booked through DOI Fleet Services for the Highways Division, and the hire company must be able to demonstrate fleet hire management and support, breakdown support, and technical and training support and backup. Tender documentation consists of the Quick Quote Request Document, Gritter Quick Quote 2026 and Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions, with Expressions of Interest and quote submission deadlines at noon on Monday 16th Nov 2026 and noon on Monday 23rd Nov 2026 respectively.
