Tender: Responsive Repairs and Minor Building Maintenance for St Helens Council Assets (approx. 200 sites)

St Helens Council is seeking a single contractor to provide minor building maintenance and 24-hour responsive repairs across its asset portfolio of approximately 200 sites, covering trades such as brickwork, joinery, roofing, electrical, plumbing, plastering/wall tiling, painting/decorating, ground works, drainage, glazing, floor finishes (vinyl, carpet, tiling), fabrication (fencing, metalwork), scaffolding hire and sundries including window blinds, window film and fixtures and fittings. Work falls into 24-hour call-out responsive repairs and additional repairs/improvements identified up to £10,000, with possible inclusion in future planned works schemes up to £25,000; the opportunity excludes commercial plumbing/electric and servicing. Tenderers must submit hourly labour rates for each trade and, if using external labour, invoices must be charged on that labour rate basis with no principal contractor administration fee accepted.
